WEDNESDAY SERVICES: On Wednesday evenings we will have a series of lessons starting at 7pm. For the next several weeks we will be learning about the 7 Prayers of Submission. If you have not been able to attend Wednesday evening prayer services, you are encouraged to come out and be apart.

 

CLOTHING CLOSET: To date we have served 141 people in our community. PRAISE THE LORD! Through serving we have discovered some needs. We could use all types of personal care items including but not limited to bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrushes. (travel size is preferred) We are also in need of ladies’ small clothes (sized XS & S), and ladies’ undergarments of all sizes. Thank you for your love, prayers and continued support of this ministry to our community. The next Clothing Closet Day is June 28th from 10-12.

 

FOOD PANTRY: If you can make food donations, please continue to do so. If you would like to donate funds to the food pantry, you can do that as well. Please give the money during the offering time and designate it on your envelope. Thank you for your love, prayers and continued support of this ministry to our community. The next pantry is on June 28th from 10-12.

 

VBS OFFERING: On Sunday June 29th, we will collect a special offering to cover VBS costs like food, crafts, games, curriculum, and Family Night. Thank you for your support in sharing Jesus with our community!

 

VBS MEETING: If you are planning to assist any support team, please attend the VBS meeting June 22nd at 11:00. These meetings will cover the changes to VBS this year and provide detailed steps on how everything will function. Please plan to stay for the entire meeting as it is expected to be longer than usual. Name tags and information regarding your role will be distributed. VBS WILL BE JULY 14th – 18th Please begin praying for the kids and the support teams that will be volunteering that week!

 

Back To School Family Day: We are planning to have a one day Back to School Family Day. This will be an outreach for our community on Saturday August 9th from 10am -2 pm. We need to have volunteers for this day to take place. Please sign up to help! All those who are going to commit to help that day, please sign up by July 2nd.

 

SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE: During our Back-to-School Family Day event, we will be giving out school supplies to all those who attend. If you can and are able, please help us accumulate supplies for the kids in this community. School supplies such as, Kleenex, hand sanitizer, Clorox wipes, Elmer’s glue sticks, Crayola crayons, (24 pack), pencils, and marble composition books are the items we are asking to be donated.
